Paper Card Selection

This selection system which is applied to both single and double jersey machines has proved to be both very reliable and simple to use.
The pattern cards are pre-prepared to the pattern graph using the card puncher, and then used to make the selection by loading the card using the card holder.

Advantages of the System:

As the cards are not left on the machine, once prepared one set of cards can be used to set up a bank of machines.
Repeat structures require the minimum of cards – interlock only requires 2 cards.
Sets of pattern cards can be stored and re-used.
The system is quick and easy to use.
Positive selection eliminates the all possibilities of mis-selection.
