Technical & Spares

Technical & Spares

Recognising the importance of after sales services, we hold a comprehensive stock of spare parts including dials, cylinders, frames, take-up systems, needles, sinkers and cams. Most orders are despatched within 24 hours and access is also available to the large stock held in both the USA and Japan.

Our very experienced Technical Department are available to install machines and give expert advice and support. Our technical team work closely with customers to help maintain full productivity on their Monarch machines.

Design & Training

Design & Training

Our dedicated design team are on hand to offer assistance with customer developments and design training. The Monarch Design System, developed specifically for our machines, is the perfect solution for interpreting and converting commercial and technical design ideas into production.

Training takes place in the excellent facilities provided in our Design Studios in Leicester. The design team will take you through our comprehensive training program and all training is tailored to suit the exact needs and requirements of the user. From day one you will be working with your own fabrics!
